What types of dental restorations does LUX Pro offer?
LUX Pro provides a complete range of dental laboratory services, including all-ceramic restorations (zirconia, layered zirconia, and E.max), implant restorations, removable dentures, metal and chrome frameworks, night guards and splints, PFM and full-cast restorations, orthodontic appliances, and specialty products.
What zirconia options are available at LUX Pro?
We offer high-strength full-contour zirconia (3Y-TZP), multilayer esthetic zirconia (4Y–5Y gradient), and layered zirconia restorations. Each option is designed for specific clinical indications, from long-span posterior bridges to highly esthetic anterior cases.
Do you provide E.max (lithium disilicate) restorations?
Yes. LUX Pro fabricates E.max veneers, crowns, inlays, onlays, and implant crowns. These restorations are known for their excellent translucency, strong bonding, and natural esthetics.
Are implant restorations available for different systems?
Yes. We support multiple implant systems and offer screw-retained, cement-retained, and hybrid zirconia-titanium restorations, as well as All-on-X frameworks and custom surgical guides.
What removable denture options do you provide?
We offer flexible dentures such as Valplast®, TCS®, and Kern®, along with high-quality acrylic denture bases like Lucitone 199 and Probase. These options provide comfort, strength, and natural appearance for partial and full dentures.
Do you manufacture night guards and splints?
Yes. LUX Pro produces hard, soft, and dual-laminate night guards, as well as occlusal splints and orthodontic plates for bruxism protection, TMJ therapy, and bite correction.
What metals and alloys are used in your frameworks and PFMs?
We work with cobalt-chromium (CoCr), titanium, high-noble, semi-precious, and non-precious alloys sourced from trusted international suppliers to ensure strength, biocompatibility, and long-term performance.
Are your restorations digitally manufactured?
Yes. Most of our products are designed and produced using advanced CAD/CAM and 3D-printing technologies, ensuring precise fit, consistency, and predictable results.
