Welcome to LuxPro. By placing an order with us or using our dental laboratory services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Professional Use

LuxPro services are intended exclusively for licensed dental professionals, dental clinics, and dental laboratories.

By submitting an order, you confirm that all prescriptions comply with applicable state and federal dental regulations.
2. Custom-Made Products

All products fabricated by LuxPro are custom-made based on the information, scans, impressions, and prescriptions provided by the customer.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Case Submission Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of:

Prescriptions

STL files, digital scans, models, or impressions

Shade selection, materials, and design instructions

LuxPro is not liable for remakes or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete case submissions.
4. Turnaround Times

Published turnaround times are estimates and apply to lab production only.

Shipping transit time is not included.

Complex cases, large bridges, or additional services (layering, characterization, rush requests) may extend turnaround time.
5. Rush & Emergency Services

Rush services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Same-day or next-day is not available.
6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment terms must be met as agreed; unpaid balances may result in order delays or account suspension.

Promotional pricing and free shipping offers are subject to eligibility and may be modified at any time.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

LuxPro is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage during transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Remakes & Adjustments

Remakes due to laboratory error will be repaired or remade with a photo submission of the issue. After review, if it qualifies, you will receive no charge to have it remade.

Remakes due to clinical changes or prescription errors will be accepted as a new order and will be charged accordingly.

Issues must be reported within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Limited Warranty Disclaimer

LuxPro does not guarantee clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, or longevity of restorations, as these depend on clinical factors beyond our control.

All products are provided “as is” for professional dental use.
10. Intellectual Property

All designs, workflows, content, and materials created by LuxPro remain the intellectual property of LuxPro unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability

LuxPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost chair time or patient-related costs.

Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the laboratory service provided. Only after review.
12. Policy Updates

LuxPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
