Return & Refund Policy

At LuxPro, all dental restorations and appliances are custom-made to order based on the prescriptions, impressions, scans, and specifications provided by the prescribing dental professional. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Custom Products & Returns

  • All products are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has begun.

  • Custom dental restorations cannot be resold or reused, therefore returns are not accepted due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect shade, material, or design selected by the client

    • Case cancellation after production has started


Remakes & Adjustments

We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you in the following situations:

  • LuxPro Error
    If a restoration does not meet the original prescription or has a manufacturing defect, we will:

    • Repair or remake the case at no additional charge (after photo review), or

    • Issue a lab credit (at our discretion).

  • Clinical or Case Changes
    If a remake is required due to changes in preparation, bite, shade selection, impression accuracy, or scan quality: 

    • The case may be remade at a original order price.

    • Additional lab time and shipping charges may apply.


Notification Timeline

  • Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the case.

  • The original restoration must be returned to LuxPro for evaluation along with photos before a remake or credit is approved.


Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • LuxPro is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once the case has left our facility.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins with no charge.

  • Once fabrication has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.


Refund Method

  • Approved refunds or credits (if applicable) will be issued as store credit.

  • Credits may be applied to future orders and are non-transferable.

  • We do not allow for charge backs for any reason.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks Policy

All sales are final. If there is ever a question or concern regarding a charge, we ask that you contact our office directly so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks filed without first contacting us are considered a violation of our service agreement. We reserve the right to recover all associated fees, collection costs, and pursue legal remedies if necessary.

LuxPro reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
